Responsibilities
Design and prototype responsive, user-friendly website layouts and mockups that align with brand identity and user needs
Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless design-to-code translation and flawless cross-device experiences
Create engaging UX/UI experiences using best practices in accessibility, visual design, and usability
Contribute creative direction in team brainstorming and client discussions—your ideas will shape the final product

Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Web Designer, UI/UX Designer, or similar role
A strong portfolio showcasing website design projects, including responsive and mobile-first sites
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar
Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and responsive design principles
Ability to work closely with developers and translate designs into functional websites
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or front-end basics is a plus
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Familiarity with Agile or collaborative development environments
Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
