Packaging Designer
Telementum Global is a holding company for recognized brands in mobile accessories, and they are seeking a Packaging Designer to create innovative packaging and marketing materials. The role involves collaborating with teams to ensure designs align with brand strategy while meeting legal and production requirements.

Responsibilities
Work with our Senior Packaging Designer in creating packaging and marketing materials, from concept to final execution, ensuring they align with brand strategy and resonate with target audiences
Create innovative packaging designs that enhance visual appeal, meet manufacturing standards, align with industry trends and drive sales at the point of purchase
Adapt and refine existing packaging designs to support new product launches, maintaining consistency and brand integrity
Produce accurate print-ready artwork, leveraging expertise in the repro and prepress processes
Collaborate with Product and Brand Marketing teams to translate strategies into effective visual designs
Ensure all packaging designs meet legal, environmental, and production requirements, including cutter guides and special finishes
Maintain efficient workflows, ensuring all deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards
Oversee artwork production and file management, ensuring accurate communication with third-party vendors
Review and approve renders, ensuring color accuracy and alignment with brand guidelines
Stay updated on industry trends, innovations, and best practices to enhance the brand's visual language
Qualification
Required
3-5+ years working in a studio creating packaging for consumer products. Experience in consumer electronics a plus
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat) and Excel in a Mac-based environment
Strong understanding of the repro, prepress, and print processes, with the ability to deliver precise, high-quality artwork
Exceptional typographical and layout skills, combined with expertise in Photoshop retouching
Solid knowledge of die-lines, structural engineering, and packaging construction
Excellent attention to detail, proofreading, and project management skills
A resourceful team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in fine arts, commercial arts, or related field preferred, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in packaging and design
