Computer Numerical Control Programmer
374Water is a public cleantech company innovating in the water and waste industries, aiming to preserve a clean and healthy environment. As a CNC Programmer, you will contribute to the design and fabrication of AirSCWO systems, working closely with the engineering team and assisting in continual improvements of the manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities
Design and develop new products and product mock-ups alongside the engineering team
Evaluate existing manufacturing processes and workflows to identify areas that could benefit from changes and improvements
Apply working knowledge of product design and assembly to the manufacturing process
Assist the fabrication team during construction of our AirSCWO systems
Create technical documentation related to machine setups and tooling
Devise new solutions to existing manufacturing problems
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
4+ years' experience as a CNC Programmer, CNC Operator, or equivalent
4+years of experience in CNC programming, with proficiency in CAM software
4+years of 3D modeling skills using SolidWorks or similar software
Knowledge of fabrication methods, CNC milling, press brake, plasma cutter, and other standard shop machinery/equipment
Must be within a 1 hour commute of Oviedo, Florida site. Relocation assistance provided
Must be authorized to work in the United States. No sponsorship available

Familiarity with quality assurance techniques
Problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and creativity
Organized with excellent time management skills and able to prioritize workloads efficiently
Thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working to tight deadlines
