Senior Level, Lead/StaffMathCo is seeking an experienced Retail Big Data Modeling Architect to join their Data Modeling & Architecture team. The role involves designing and implementing robust data models that support critical business functions and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.

Responsibilities
Design and develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models for various domains, including supply chain, customer, product, sales, and financial data
Lead the development of data modelling standards, best practices, and guidelines
Develop end-to-end solution architectures for data-driven and AI-focused applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technology strategy
Mentor and guide junior data modelers, providing technical expertise and fostering their professional growth
Design data models to support enterprise and operational
Qualification
Required
Experience in Retail Big Data Modeling
Designing and implementing robust data models
Experience with supply chain optimization
Experience with customer loyalty programs
Experience with customer journey analysis
Experience with analytics reporting
Experience with feature development for machine learning
Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams including data engineers, data scientists, business analysts, and stakeholders
Expertise in developing scalable and efficient data solutions
Design and develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models for various domains including supply chain, customer, product, sales, and financial data
Lead the development of data modelling standards, best practices, and guidelines
Develop end-to-end solution architectures for data-driven and AI-focused applications
Mentor and guide junior data modelers
