Responsibilities
End-To-End Solution Architecture – Design and deliver integrated technology solutions that meet business requirements, with a focus on Salesforce and NetSuite ecosystems
Salesforce and NetSuite Implementation – Lead hands-on implementation, configuration, and optimisation of Salesforce and NetSuite platforms, including customisation, workflows, data migration, and third-party integrations
System Integration – Develop and implement integration solutions across cloud and on-prem systems using APIs, ETL tools, middleware, and event-driven patterns
Stakeholder Collaboration – Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand needs, gather requirements, and ensure solutions are user-centric and scalable
Technical Leadership – Provide guidance and mentorship to developers and technical teams; ensure alignment with architectural standards and best practices
Continuous Improvement – Identify gaps and opportunities to optimise system performance, usability, and maintainability
Documentation & Governance – Maintain clear architecture documentation and support the development of data governance and security policies
Qualification
Required
Strong, hands-on experience implementing and integrating Salesforce and NetSuite solutions — this is a core requirement
5+ years of experience in software, systems, or solution architecture roles, ideally within complex, cloud-based environments
Proven ability to translate business requirements into practical, scalable technical solutions
Proficiency with integration tools and technologies (e.g., REST APIs, Talend, Informatica, MuleSoft)
Solid understanding of data models, workflows, and configuration within both Salesforce and NetSuite
Experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience working independently and remotely, with a high degree of ownership and accountability
Preferred
Background in programming/scripting (e.g., Python, Java, or similar)
Relevant Salesforce and/or NetSuite certifications are highly desirable
