Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end IT projects involving application development and infrastructure components
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets; monitor progress and adjust as needed
Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies to ensure successful project delivery
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
Manage risks, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigation strategies
Facilitate communication between technical teams, business units, and executive leadership
Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and best practices
Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management

Required

Proven experience managing complex IT projects involving both Application Development and Infrastructure
Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required
Hands-on experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Solid knowledge of SDLC, application architecture, and infrastructure technologies (servers, networks, cloud environments)
Strong ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership
Skilled in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks and issues
Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar
Demonstrated success in managing project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster a collaborative environment
Strong aptitude for troubleshooting and resolving technical and process-related challenges

Preferred

Experience with cloud migration projects (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
ITIL certification or familiarity with IT service management frameworks
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
Exposure to SAP projects
