Responsibilities

Pursue, network for, and close new business. Lead strategic growth and new initiatives for existing accounts
Manage and ensure the profitability of a portfolio with a proven value of $8-10 million or more. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and driving revenue
Serve as the senior strategic advisor and trusted contact for high-level client stakeholders. Ensure all agency deliverables are strategically sound and executed flawlessly
Lead, mentor, and motivate multiple account teams, fostering high performance, managing professional development, and promoting cross-functional collaboration

Required

12+ years of progressive experience in Account Management/Client Services role in a pharmaceutical advertising or marketing agency required
Mandatory experience working with HCP/DTC pharmaceutical clients
Proven track record of managing and growing a book of business valued at $8 million+
Demonstrated ability to be highly effective for new business and organic growth
Must reside in the tri-state area (PA, NJ, DE)
Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities
Required to work in the Philadelphia office for a minimum of 3 days per month
