The role involves executing internal processes surrounding composition, licensing, and recording metadata while ensuring client satisfaction and maximizing workflow efficiency.

Responsibilities
Execution of all aspects of the license life cycle, including rate changes, publisher approvals, license issuance, voiding & reissuing
Onboard new Licensees and RumbleFish clients and overseeing their day-to-day processes
Participating in efforts to grow/strengthen HFA’s Recording Metadata database by linking third-party sound recordings and HFA compositions
Collaborating across the department and tech team to document and track bug and task tickets relating to our internal and external platforms
Collaborating with Finance to ensure client payment inquiries are tracked and resolved in a timely manner
Managing and tracking various ticketing platforms to monitor the time to resolution and ensuring workflow efficiency
Participating in copyright research projects and activities
Preparing special reports and analytics as requested
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in music business, business administration, related field or equivalent experience
Up to 2 years professional work experience in the Music/Entertainment and/or Customer Service Industries
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong time management and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage work to meet deadlines
Must be able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
Ability to maintain a positive work environment and communicate in a professional manner with clients, colleagues, and managers
Preferred
Interest and experience with project management is a plus!
