Responsibilities

Manage projects meeting HVJ SCTX financial goals and quality standards
Field and Planning Lab Assignments
Provide Project Deliverables on Schedule and Within Budget
Develop Proposal for Future Work
Provide client satisfaction
Guide and mentor junior staff
Team Building
Assist the Department Manager with general management responsibilities
Assist with Business Development
Track project expenses to ensure actual work is performed within budget
Invoice projects following client requirements and HVJ SCTX Schedule
Review all reports prior to submittal to the client for completeness and accuracy

Qualification

Texas PE licenseConstruction materials knowledgeProject ManagementMicrosoft proficiencyTeam BuildingOrganization / PlanningCommunication skillsCustomer Focus

Required

MSCE or BSCE with 5+ years of directly related experience
Required Texas PE license
Excellent written and communication skills
Strong knowledge of construction materials
Proficient in Microsoft environment
Valid Texas Driver License with no history of accidents or alcohol/drug related traffic offenses
Valid right to work documents

Preferred

Experience with projects in Public Sector such as TxDOT, Municipalities, Water Authorities
