Have the experience to handle client meetings and have some production experience

Take accountability to navigate and communicate timelines and deliverables

Required

Minimum of five years of advertising-agency experience
Experience at the Account Supervisor level—or equivalent—at their current agency
Proactively lead the development process from ideas through execution

Experience to handle client meetings and have some production experience
Stay positive, calm, objective and professional in high-pressure situations
