Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day support to designated DT department
Learn how to identify, analyze, and apply information technology business practices to support strategic business process and plans
Participate as required to design, develop, test, and integrate technology
Participate in the implementation of information technology and business processes
Support, evaluate, and continuously improve information technology and business processes to maintain alignment with business plans
Perform activities accordingly to project plans and schedule

Required

Student working towards an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Security, or a related field
General understanding of information technology and concepts
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Demonstrated excellence in customer service; verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently while prioritizing workload
Flexible and adaptable to work under deadlines and/or changing needs
Detailed oriented and quality focuses
Analytical and problem solving skills

Preferred

Internship experience in the Global DT field
Experience with Windows XP, Linux and other relevant tools
