Responsibilities
Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
Design, develop and execute automation scripts using test automation tools
Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs
Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs
Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts
Stay up to date with new testing tools and test strategies
Recommend, implement, and monitor preventative and corrective actions to ensure that quality assurance standards are achieved
Qualification
Required
Experience of working in software development teams and using software QA methodologies and tools
Solid experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium or Playwright
Relevant experience in agile software development, scrum methodologies & tools and processes using JIRA (e.g., epics and stories)
Excellent multitasking and time management skill to manage stakeholders and to meet tight deadlines
Undergraduate or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum product development and support process using JIRA
Preferred
Experience with performance testing will be a bonus
