Responsibilities

Develop robust processes for reconciling operational tracking across six (6) IPTs within USSS

Design and implement an OB3 Governance Framework to support ongoing reconciliation tracking, including policies, internal controls, and reporting mechanisms

Create OB3 IPT Execution Plans that define milestone targets, KPIs, risk profiles, and roadblocks to enable effective prioritization and management of IPT activities

Develop executive-level briefings and IPT monthly reports using advanced data analytics to enhance decision-making and clearly communicate progress

Identify and proactively address trends, risks, and opportunities through comprehensive data interpretation and reporting

Provide full-spectrum program management support by overseeing key project milestones and tracking progress against deliverables

Facilitate effective collaboration among cross-functional and multi-stakeholder teams

Monitor program risks, dependencies, and challenges, presenting mitigation strategies to leadership

Ensure quality, timeliness, and consistency of all project outputs and reporting
