Responsibilities
Lead the engineering side of MPD well planning—hydraulics, tripping, displacements, cementing strategies, matrices, modeling & more
Create and review all MPD procedures, P&IDs, simulations, and technical deliverables
Work face-to-face with operators, rig teams, and engineering groups across the Permian
Provide on-site and remote MPD support, troubleshooting, and real-time guidance
Train crews on MPD tools, software, and best practices
Support sales & business development efforts by ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years in MPD or drilling engineering
Strong understanding of hydraulics, wellbore pressure control & MPD systems
Ability to travel locally for rig visits & operational support
Motivated, customer-focused, and eager to help grow our market presence
bachelor's degree in engineering (or equivalent experience)
