Responsibilities
Stage equipment for Service Technicians throughout the day to keep workflow moving efficiently
Load, unload, and organize equipment in the yard and during customer pickups/drop-offs
Inspect, clean, and maintain tools and equipment, reporting repairs as needed
Thoroughly clean units before they enter or leave the service department
Create, modify, and close work orders accurately in our software system
Communicate professionally with customers in person, by phone, and via email
Assist with scheduling routine equipment maintenance
Perform minor repairs or service tasks to support the technicians (based on shop needs)
Work collaboratively with all departments to support a positive, team-oriented environment
Follow safety procedures, report unsafe conditions, and contribute to a secure work environment
Handle related tasks as assigned, every day is a little different!
Qualification
Required
Strong customer service skills
Comfort using a computer and willingness to learn new software
Interest in working with powered equipment and mechanical tasks
A valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
Preferred
Previous mechanical repair experience
Knowledge of tools and equipment
Willingness to travel with technicians to assist at worksites
