Responsibilities

Enable data-driven selling: Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and models that help Business Development teams track performance, pipeline health, and revenue opportunities
Deliver ad hoc and automated insights: Conduct targeted analyses to address immediate business questions while designing repeatable, automated reporting solutions for ongoing needs
Integrate complex data sources: Combine data from multiple systems (e.g., financial, operational, and CRM) to create unified, reliable datasets that inform strategic decisions
Collaborate across teams: Work closely with Finance, Strategy, and Data teams to align on key metrics, validate data, and ensure consistency in reporting
Drive operational efficiency: Identify opportunities to streamline reporting workflows and automate manual processes
Ensure data quality and governance: Apply strong validation, documentation, and QA practices to maintain data accuracy and integrity
Communicate insights effectively: Present findings and recommendations in a clear, compelling way to business and executive stakeholders

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field
2–5 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or operations, preferably within a large or complex organization
Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying and data manipulation
Experience building data visualizations in Power BI or Tableau
Familiarity with Databricks, Google BigQuery, or similar cloud-based analytics environments
Demonstrated ability to integrate and analyze data from multiple disparate sources
Proven success delivering both ad hoc analyses and automated reporting solutions
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Collaborative, proactive mindset with a focus on enabling business performance through data
