Industrial Account Manager \- South Texas
Red Frog Solutions is a global industrial manufacturer seeking an Industrial Account Manager to drive growth across South Texas. This remote role requires strong customer relationship skills and the ability to manage a large, multi-city territory.

Responsibilities
Manage and grow an established customer base while developing new OEM opportunities in the region
Drive revenue through direct sales to OEMs and industrial manufacturers, with approximately 50% travel
Collaborate closely with Sales Engineering, the Regional Sales Manager, and other Account Managers to support customer needs
Provide clear, timely communication regarding capabilities, pricing, lead times, and customer requirements
Qualification
Required
3+ years of outside, solution-oriented B2B sales experience selling into OEMs
Experience selling to OEMs of industrial products
Experience selling physical, tangible products (not services, software, or insurance)
Bachelor's degree
Preferred
Experience selling industrial products such as rubber, polymer, vinyl, or similar components (highly preferred)
