Responsibilities
Serve as the face of Bank CMG in the Green County and Rock County market
Lead business development efforts focused on commercial lending and business banking, including new deposits, lending and credit solutions, for small to medium-sized businesses
Actively engage in the community by building trust and partnerships with local businesses and organizations, including representing the bank in various activities and public speaking engagements
Drive market growth through strategic planning, relationship management, and superior customer service
Be a connector in business banking, but also a referral source across other banking units such as Wealth Management, Private Banking, and Retail Services
Assure audit compliance and quality control in business banking operations
Although this position will not have direct reports to start, the role is likely to evolve and grow over time
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience in business banking and strong lending expertise
A natural networker who thrives in community involvement and relationship building
Leadership skills with the ability to inspire colleagues and team members
