Responsibilities

Lead and support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
Prepare and analyze monthly G&A reports, highlighting variances against budget and presenting findings to management
Generate monthly Garage and Warehouse reports with variance analysis for leadership review
Monitor cash flow activities and develop weekly cash forecasts in collaboration with project teams
Produce and distribute weekly and monthly financial reports for senior leadership
Develop and maintain project-specific staff billing rate tables
Manage intercompany invoicing as part of month-end procedures
Assist with year-end audit preparation and coordinate with internal teams to fulfill auditor requests
Support project teams during job-specific audits
Respond to ad hoc financial analysis and reporting requests from the CFO and Controller

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
3-4 years of experience in accounting or finance role
Strong understanding of GAAP, internal controls, compliance, and reporting
Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office required

Preferred

Advanced Excel skills
Public accounting experience
Experience in construction accounting
