Responsibilities
Create and foster an environment where the team achieves zero incidents in Environmental, Health, and Safety. Lead a safety culture that values risk identification and personal ownership through a principled-based approach
Working to improve equipment reliability and best practices based on industry standards
Working with reliability, operations, maintenance, using problem solving skills and working to improve reliability
Working with dryer team and projects group on multiple small projects and coordinating between the two different areas
Qualification
Required
Enrolled in a college degree program or alternative program. (e.g., 4-year university, 2-year technical college program, certificate program, upskilling program, etc.)
Eligible for an internship during Summer 2026
Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship
Preferred
Enrolled in a Mechanical or related Engineering degree program
