Responsibilities
Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify decision-makers at U.S. home-service companies (owners, general managers)
Connect, engage, and record short, personalized 30–60 second video messages that invite them to our live webinar
Experiment with messaging, hooks, and sequences — refine what works and scale it
Track and report registrations weekly, testing and improving your approach
Follow up when needed (LinkedIn, phone, or email) to ensure attendance
Collaborate with our marketing and sales teams to align tone, targeting, and follow-up
Qualification
Required
Proven experience generating leads, meetings, or webinar registrations via LinkedIn outreach
Comfortable on camera — confident recording personalized short videos
Strong written communication; skilled at concise, warm LinkedIn messaging
Resourceful and self-directed, with a test-and-learn mindset
Ability to work U.S. business hours
Preferred
Any examples of campaigns or systems you've built to generate sign-ups or leads
