Responsibilities
Research tax issues and ensure Aritzia complies with current tax legislations
Deliver an efficient corporate tax structure
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Effectively manage external tax regulatory audits
Qualification
Required
CPA designation required; completion of CPA In-depth Tax Program, levels I and II
Canadian corporate income tax experience
Strong technical knowledge of Canadian corporate income tax and reporting standards under IFRS, and/or US GAAP
Detail oriented & strong analytical skills
Ability to meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
Preferred
Cross border corporate tax experience an asset
