Senior Director, Executive Recruiter

Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle executive search for Sr Director+ roles globally across the US, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM
Partner directly with the CHRO, C-suite, Regional Presidents, and functional leaders to define leadership requirements and search strategies
Build sophisticated market maps, talent pipelines, and regional intelligence on compensation, org structures, and competitor talent flows
Advise leaders on market insights, organizational design implications, candidate calibration, and geo-talent availability (e.g., London, Paris, Frankfurt, Amsterdam, Singapore, and major US hubs)
Drive a rigorous, confidential search process including competency-based and leadership assessments, culture evaluation, and succession planning considerations
Facilitate structured debriefs, influencing decisions through evidence-based insights
Lead executive offer strategy and negotiation, partnering with Total Rewards and HRBPs on salary, incentives, RSUs, relocation, and global leveling alignment
Deliver a white-glove executive candidate experience, managing all touchpoints through onboarding handoff and ensuring coordination with People Services and background checks
Champion compliant, accurate use of Oracle ORC with flawless documentation, calibration notes, and audit-ready candidate slates
Partner on Digital Way process simplification and promote inclusive, global leadership slates that challenge bias and strengthen outcomes

Required

10+ years of executive recruiting experience, including retained search and global, high-growth environments
Proven success hiring Senior Directors, VPs, and C-suite talent across multiple regions using both internal and external sourcing strategies
Strong expertise in leadership assessment, organizational design, market mapping, and global compensation structures
Ability to influence senior executives with executive presence, data-driven insights, and evidence-backed recommendations
Deep experience with technical and operational leadership searches (data centers, engineering, infrastructure, D&C) and financial services talent
High discretion and maturity with the ability to operate independently, manage confidential searches, and navigate ambiguity
Experience with succession-minded hiring, global talent intelligence, and building pipelines for critical leadership roles
Familiarity with Oracle ORC or enterprise ATS platforms
Strategic mindset, high EQ, cultural intelligence, and a bias toward simplification and global consistency
Analytical orientation with comfort in hiring metrics, reporting, and executive-level communication
