Responsibilities

Manage global payroll operations and external vendor partnerships, ensuring flawless compliance and process integrity
Act as the primary expert across all regions, delivering precise execution of complex payroll, taxation, benefits, and statutory reporting
Partner across global teams to improve systems, eliminate manual work, enhance controls, and elevate the overall employee experience
Oversee accounting entries, cash management, bank reconciliations, audit readiness, and SOX-related documentation
Lead payroll implementation projects, resolve operational challenges, and foster continuous improvement
Mentor and build a strong payroll team to support global expansion

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, HR, or related field
9+ years of relevant experience including international payroll
Expertise in global payroll operations, accounting, HR, and benefits with deep knowledge of statutory and SOX requirements
Strong leadership, analytical mindset, operational precision, and exceptional communication skills
Advanced proficiency in Excel

Preferred

Master's degree in Accounting, Business, HR, or related field
Minimum 2 years in people leadership
Oracle Fusion ERP is a strong plus
