Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth analysis of game performance metrics across multiple parameters such as game type, venue, and player demographics
Publish quarterly reports detailing gameplay analysis, trends, and insights to guide product improvements and strategic decisions
Collaborate with Account Management and Account Executive teams to assess site-level performance and identify contributing factors to success
Utilize analytical tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and SAP to visualize data and present findings effectively
Identify and analyze player behavior trends to inform product development and marketing strategies
Proactively suggest improvements based on data-driven insights to enhance player engagement and revenue
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
Significant experience in data analysis, preferably within the gaming or casino industry
3-4 years' experience, preferably in the casino or gaming industry
Proficiency in analytical tools such as Tableau and Power BI; experience with SAP is a significant plus
Strong understanding of consumer behavior in gaming environments
Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and effectively
Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for data-driven decision-making
