Responsibilities

Support hardware testing on development programs for HVAC and Commercial system applications. Interface with software and hardware design engineers to determine the appropriate test parameters on these applications. Help develop hardware validation samples for testing and customer evaluation

Assist engineers and technicians with various software and hardware tasks for the test labs

Assemble and modify electronic controls for testing and customer samples

Set up and perform testing on motor controls and related hardware

Document testing and test results

Required

Working to achieve a B.S in Electrical Engineering

***Junior status***

Ability to work a minimum of 25 hours per week during business hours

Able to start working January 2026

Familiarity with electronic test equipment – multimeters, oscilloscopes, etc

Good hands-on skills such as soldering and mechanical assembly

Ability to collaborate with multi-functional teams

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Good communication (written and verbal) and organization skills

Solid interpersonal skills and team orientation

Strong technical and problem-solving skills
