Senior Field Marketing Specialist
European Wax Center is focused on enhancing guest acquisition and retention through effective marketing strategies. The Senior Field Marketing Specialist will support franchisees by delivering localized marketing strategies and consulting to optimize performance and grow the business.
Responsibilities
Build meaningful, consultative relationships with designated franchisees to champion Local Performance Marketing best practices and drive center-level success
Create and execute localized marketing strategies that combine ground marketing, CRM, and paid digital media to increase visibility, guest acquisition, and visit frequency
Coach franchisees and their center teams—via email, phone, virtual meetings, and ticketing systems—on how to activate brand programs, improve center controllable performance, and leverage marketing tools
Develop, analyze, and maintain recurring center-level performance reports; translate insights into clear recommendations that improve ROI and guest outcomes
Ensure all local campaigns are executed efficiently, compliantly, and in alignment with EWC’s brand standards and performance benchmarks
Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners including Operations, Development, CRM, Creative, and Paid Media teams to solve problems and drive unified execution
Participate in regular status calls with agency partners and internal stakeholders, ensuring projects remain on track and are delivering against KPIs
Stay ahead of industry, consumer, and competitive trends to uncover new opportunities that elevate local performance and drive system-wide growth
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in marketing or related field required
2-4 years of experience in marketing/advertising
A strategic thinker who excels at translating insights into action and creating scalable, franchise-friendly solutions
Experience designing and delivering local marketing strategies, communications, and engagement programs—ideally within a franchise or multi-unit environment
Strong business acumen with the ability to align center-level goals to broader enterprise objectives
Confident communicator who can influence, advise, and present to diverse stakeholders—including franchisees, operators, agency partners, and internal leaders
Comfortable navigating change and ambiguity; brings proactive problem-solving and sound judgment to complex environments
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; able to simplify marketing concepts for non-marketing audiences
Highly organized with strong time-management skills; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
A collaborative, low-ego team player with a high degree of integrity, professionalism, and alignment to EWC's values
