GTM Marketing Strategist
ATAK Interactive is looking for a GTM Marketing Strategist, a forward-thinking specialist who knows how to design and execute go-to-market systems that help their clients scale. This role involves creating structured marketing strategies that align with client goals and market realities to generate awareness, drive demand, and build revenue.

Responsibilities
Serve as the lead strategist for client go-to-market initiatives, guiding them from market research to full-scale activation
Partner closely with C-level stakeholders to define value propositions, positioning, and buyer journeys that differentiate them in their markets
Translate complex business goals into actionable marketing roadmaps built for growth, visibility, and revenue alignment
Build and manage integrated marketing frameworks that unify content, paid media, SEO, and AI-driven channels into cohesive GTM systems
Help clients show up across today's discovery landscape - from AI search (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot) to Google, YouTube, and social
Create lead generation and nurture strategies that connect marketing performance to pipeline outcomes using CRM and automation tools like HubSpot and Salesforce
Collaborate with ATAK's internal creative, content, and RevOps teams to bring campaigns to life
Use data and analytics to continually optimize campaign performance, audience targeting, and channel mix
Present insights, strategy recommendations, and quarterly GTM performance reviews to client leadership
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience leading B2B marketing or go-to-market strategy in an agency or consulting environment
Deep understanding of SEO, PPC, ABM, performance marketing, marketing automation, and content strategy
Working knowledge of HubSpot and other marketing tools
A client-first mindset — you're comfortable presenting strategy, building trust, and leading C-suite conversations with confidence
