Leverage advanced experience in a manufacturing environment to understand and address the unique IT challenges and requirements of the industry

Provide advanced leadership and guidance to Remote Desktop Services (RDS) squads or teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and support

Manage and maintain Imprivata single sign-on solutions to enhance security and streamline user access

Oversee Remote Desktop Services (RDS) to provide seamless access to applications and resources for remote users

Manage Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environments to ensure optimal performance and user experience for remote users

Lead Dell WYSE Thin Client deployment and management efforts, ensuring efficient and secure access to virtualized environments

Leverage VDI & RDS expertise to drive differential outcomes, improvements, and enhance the end-user experience at our manufacturing locations and in support of the business

Teach and develop IT staff at our manufacturing sites and within the corporate environment, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
