Responsibilities

Forecast, organize, and manage project teams for design, development, production, and project document delivery

Coordinate effectively with consultants, internal team members, and clients

Execute projects in accordance with Page and Owner protocols to achieve optimal project outcomes

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and collaborators

Interpret and apply budget, code, and jurisdictional requirements

Provide mentorship and guidance to project team members

Collaborate on fee development, project proposals, and resource planning

Oversee design quality, detailing, and construction administration processes

Lead coordination efforts with contractors, architectural teams, and consultants

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of organization and attention to detail
