Responsibilities

Help Pure Storage continue to ramp and scale it’s subscriptions services, including our innovative Evergreen//One and Evergreen//Forever offerings

You will report to the Director of Subscription Sales Operations and will provide support on key subscription and consumption related strategic initiatives

Manage and evolve Subscription renewal processes and leverage automation to improve Sales velocity

Manage and optimize subscription-related processes to simplify our sales models

Partner with Engineering and IT to identify and execute automation opportunities

Document and translate complex business requirements into streamlined process designs and system specifications

Develop and manage process and tool enhancement roadmaps

Enable and implement process and automation enhancements with the Sales organization and key stakeholders

Utilize reporting and analytics to deliver data driven insights on performance by identifying patterns and opportunity areas
