Responsibilities

You are really really good at design. Our designers love making beautiful, captivating graphic design. You gobble up the latest trends but are never consumed by them. You love a brand guideline, and you know when to break them. You bring a strong visual POV to every brief, not just taking what you’re given and tightening the kerning

You are meticulous. Pixel perfection is your religion. You check your own work, twice, and reliably produce excellent design deliverables, making any proofing basically a formality

We make the best work of our careers. We hold ourselves to the highest standards as we make creative work, because if we’re not proud of what we’re making, why should anyone else pay attention to it
