Manager, Program Finance

Responsibilities
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and operational reporting across CEC programs
Provide timely, accurate, and insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
Lead real-time financial performance monitoring
Monitor program costs, schedules, and risks; develop mitigation strategies
Drive monthly and quarterly planning cycles
Support business development proposals, strategic initiatives, and investment evaluations
Lead and mentor a team of program financial analysts
Ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements
Prepare variance analyses, productivity studies, and non-standard management reports

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
7+ years of finance/accounting experience, including 5+ years in program finance
Strong understanding of GAAP and government contracting (CP/FP/T&M)
Experience with Deltek, Oracle EPM Cloud, and complex HFM reporting and consolidation
Proficient in MS Excel and Word; skilled in cost estimation and financial modeling with strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to obtain DoD issued Secret Clearance
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across departments
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
