Responsibilities
Support firmwide business strategy, focusing on client relationships, organic growth, and cross-selling opportunities
Contribute to partner integration and collaboration initiatives with practice leaders and internal stakeholders
Plan, schedule, and coordinate meetings for major strategic initiatives; document outcomes and track follow-through
Maintain dashboards, trackers, and reports to monitor initiative progress and impact
Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend efficiency enhancements
Conduct business intelligence research to support strategic planning and leadership initiatives
Draft presentations, talking points, and executive-level communications
Assist with firm events, meetings, and special projects, including occasional evening or travel commitments
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
5+ years of experience in professional services, strategy, or project management required
Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; experience preparing executive-level materials
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; design skills and familiarity with data analysis/reporting tools a plus
Strategic thinker with the ability to work independently and exercise discretion
