They are seeking a contract Data/BI Analyst to help build a unified financial reporting engine that supports decision-making across various business functions. The role involves connecting to QuickBooks Online, modeling financial datasets, and building user-friendly dashboards.

Responsibilities

Connect to QuickBooks Online (API or native BI connector) and build a stable data ingestion pipeline

Model and clean financial datasets including:

Multi-entity expense allocation

Cost centers, operating expenses, shared services expense distribution

Acquired agency performance + historic financials

Build user-facing dashboards showing multi-entity P&L trends

Stand up filterable views by agency and region (with user-based access control)

Create lightweight documentation for ongoing dashboard maintenance
