Responsibilities

Drive the development, tracking, and reporting of quarterly and annual strategic roadmaps

Ensure the president and Senior Leadership Team (SLT) actively support and monitor initiatives’ progress and adherence to target dates

Facilitate strategic planning workshops and cross-functional alignment sessions

Monitor and report on the status of high-priority initiatives in partnership with the project management and functional leadership teams

Prepare executive-level reports and dashboards to communicate progress, risk, and dependencies

Maintain internal documentation related to strategic initiatives and the planning process

Support training efforts for non-strategy staff involved in roadmap execution

Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executives and cross-functional teams

Write strategic documentation tailored to both executive and operational audiences

Analyze initiative-related data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement

Apply lessons learned to improve future planning cycles and execution frameworks

Serve as a strategic liaison between the VP of Operations, the President, and functional leaders
