Responsibilities
Responsible for “Own the Roof,” 5 Daily Activities, P&L management, sales growth, customer service, and associate development
Build customer relationships and own House Account customers
Implement strategy at the local level
Operational execution (pricing, inventory, logistics)
Supervise and empower all associates at their location (sales, operations, logistics associates) to champion a customer-first focus, accountability, and a high-performance culture that resonates with what we value
Lead a First in Safety Culture adhering to HSE policies and encouraged behaviors
Coordinate operations of a high-volume market branch, including satellite locations and ship hubs
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 7 years of sales, management, and industry experience required
