Program Manager, AWS Legal
Amazon.com’s Legal Department is looking for a smart and highly motivated program manager to assist AWS in efforts to address complex legal and policy issues affecting Amazon’s business and customers. The successful candidate will work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, manage high volumes of tasks and projects, and ensure excellence in work product and accountability regarding deliverables.

Responsibilities
Creating strong coordination mechanisms between internal team members and across other teams
Tracking the progress of different projects
Troubleshooting problems, clearly communicating objectives, and ensuring excellence in work product and accountability regarding deliverables
Keeping team members informed by providing regular updates on progress on important initiatives, and
Evaluating and measuring success of ongoing projects and initiatives to identify anything that requires intervention or changes
Qualification
Required
3+ years of program or project management experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
Preferred
3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
