Responsibilities
On the ground experience in operations is accompanied by a rigorous training program that combines readings and discussions in a format that demands associates sharpen each other’s thoughts and actions
Operations exposure: leasing and marketing; driving financial performance and budgeting; customer service, procurement; collections/evictions; asset management decision-making; lease-up/marketing strategy
Facilities / asset management exposure: property inspection and planning; construction contracting and monitoring; vendor management and onboarding
Mentorship and networking opportunities across multiple businesses in the portfolio including industry professionals and proven entrepreneurs (investment, technology, operations, and corporate positions)
Accelerated career path within the industry
Qualification
Required
Desire to create meaningful value through a career in business

Open to relocating in Texas, Florida or South Carolina based on business needs
Exceptional work ethic, drive, and hunger to learn and grow
Demonstrated teamwork and leadership ability
Effective verbal and written communication skills. Should be able to adapt communication style to suit different audiences
Ability to work and produce results in new and unstructured situations
An interest in real estate operations and investment management
Detail oriented with a critical degree of accuracy and quality
Bachelor's degree with a strong GPA
