Responsibilities

Design HVAC and mechanical system components for renovation and new construction projects
Prepare drawings, models, and calculations using Revit and related engineering tools
Support coordination with architects, interior designers, and engineering consultants
Participate in site visits, field verification, and construction-phase support
Produce documentation that meets code requirements and project standards
Contribute to project schedules, deliverables, and quality control processes

Required

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related field (or technical degree with related A/E/C experience)
On a path toward EIT/PE licensure (preferred but not required)
Basic Revit proficiency
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment
Curiosity, initiative, and a desire to grow into increasing technical responsibility
