Represent clients in diverse litigation matters, including business, commercial, trust & estate, and real estate disputes
Draft and prepare motions, pleadings, and discovery with precision and attention to detail
Conduct legal research and craft persuasive analysis to support case strategy
Appear in court, hearings, and negotiations, advocating effectively for clients
Collaborate with partners and colleagues on case development and strategy
Build meaningful relationships with clients while providing trusted counsel
Qualification
Required
Active California Bar membership in good standing
Strong legal writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting
