Responsibilities

Maintain package assembly processes
Specify, select, and qualify new equipment for advanced packaging
Contribute to process automation and Industry 4.0 initiatives to improve efficiency
Absorb and understand process flows, product design, and performance requirements; lead manufacturing teams to develop new products that meet performance targets
Manage accelerated project schedules and communicate risks, while ensuring timely delivery
Maintain high yields while adhering to project timelines
Independently oversee night shift assembly operations, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards
Provide clear documentation and handoff reports to day shift teams
Ensure smooth execution of processes without direct nighttime supervision

Required

Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
Must have 5+ years of applicable semiconductor manufacturing industry experience
Strong leadership, drive, and ambition to drive novel technologies
Demonstrated Leadership skills through Managerial, Team Lead or Project/Program Management roles
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shift hours
Demonstrated accountability and productivity in off-hour operations
Design for manufacturing of electromechanical assemblies
Statistical process control (SPC), design of experiments (DOE), Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA), Lean Manufacturing
High Accuracy/High Rate Thermocompression or flip-chip bonding
Surface Mount Technology (SMT) processes
Die singulation and semiconductor fabrication processes
Heterogeneous integration and advanced packaging techniques
New technology and product introduction

Preferred

Experience managing or working autonomously during night shifts in a manufacturing or R&D environment is highly desirable
