Technical degree plus ONE year of related experience in High-Speed Internet and WIFI, Satellite TV, Digital TV, IPTV, Telecom, RF, CATV, MATV, and Head-end -OR- High School Diploma or GED plus THREE years' work experience

Valid driver's license and safe driving habits

Willingness to travel occasionally outside of assigned area

Ability to be on-call and work occasional overtime and weekends

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requests
