Responsibilities
Lead: Hundred’s social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and beyond — driving conversations, engagement, and trust
Protect: guard the brand narrative — build consistent, high-performing content, writing scripts and guidance for partners (creators, influencers, UGC)
Architect: design and scale our creator program, turning partnerships into measurable reach, engagement, and revenue
Develop: launch cross-platform campaigns that connect science, storytelling, and culture — from major product drops to health transformation stories that move people
Build: create and manage a content engine that’s both strategic and experimental — using insights, trends, and data to continuously evolve our creative playbook
Report: track and analyze key performance metrics — reach, engagement, conversion, and retention — turning data into insights that sharpen strategy
Qualification
Required
4–6+ years building and managing social, creator, or influencer programs
An operator who thinks in systems — moving concepts to execution without friction
A relationship-builder who can scout, excite, negotiate, and engage partners effectively
Fluent in creator culture, paid social, and data — you understand both art and algorithm
Organized, detail-oriented, and fast — you thrive in environments where precision and momentum coexist
Not afraid of ambiguity and building from the ground-up
Passionate about health, longevity, and helping people live better, longer lives
Preferred
Managed large-scale affiliate ecosystems or SaaS-driven creator programs
Worked in wellness, performance, or consumer tech
Built communities that turn followers into advocates
