Responsibilities
Deeply understand user problems, needs, and goals to create intuitive and engaging design solutions
Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to assess feasibility, prioritize features, and deliver user-centric designs
Design and deliver consistent, scalable, and visually appealing UI solutions across web and mobile platforms
Translate product requirements into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
Lead usability testing sessions and incorporate user feedback to refine design outcomes
Partner with development and QA teams to ensure design consistency, functionality, and high usability across products
Champion user-centered design principles and continuously advocate for the best user experience throughout the product lifecycle
Qualification
Required
6–9 years of core UI/UX design experience in digital product design or a similar role
Strong proficiency with Figma (must-have), and working knowledge of tools like AdobeXD, Sketch, Photoshop, etc
Proven experience designing for both web and mobile platforms
Solid understanding of user research, usability testing, and the ability to derive actionable insights
Familiarity with HTML/CSS and front-end principles
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment
