Responsibilities

Lead an experienced team to deliver high quality results to the client team by providing coaching, training, and oversight

Architect and develop highly scalable, secure, and efficient backend systems using Node.js

Ensure engineering discipline: Build mechanisms to provide feedback and utilize that feedback to verify adherence to best practices

Collaborate across the organization: Partner with product, engineering, and leadership to align architecture decisions with strategic goals

Continuous improvement: Receive and provide actionable feedback to improve quality, coding standards, maintainability, and delivery velocity

Design, implement, and optimize React Native application used in warehouse operations

Conduct code reviews, mentor junior and mid-level developers, and drive a culture of excellence

Oversee CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud infrastructure (AWS)

Highly experienced Tech Lead with a focus on Node.js

Focus on best practices, software quality, and reliability

Deep expertise in Node.js, system architecture, cloud platforms, and high-performance applications

Experience leading a team to deliver high quality results by providing coaching, training, and oversight

Ability to architect and develop highly scalable, secure, and efficient backend systems using Node.js

Experience ensuring engineering discipline and building mechanisms to provide feedback

Ability to collaborate across the organization and align architecture decisions with strategic goals

Experience in continuous improvement and providing actionable feedback to improve quality, coding standards, maintainability, and delivery velocity

Experience designing, implementing, and optimizing React Native applications

Experience conducting code reviews and mentoring junior and mid-level developers

Experience overseeing CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud infrastructure (AWS)

Extensive experience delivering enterprise systems (7+ years software development, 3+ years in a senior role)

Hands-on experience with Node.js, React, and relational databases like MS SQL Server (or similar languages, frameworks, and databases)

Strong understanding of modern delivery practices, including CI/CD, containerization, and cloud-native approaches

Proven ability to design migration and cutover strategies that minimize risk and disruption

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence across teams and departments
