Responsibilities

Lead and oversee full mechanical/HVAC engineering design on multiple projects

Provide a high level of technical leadership, quality review, and problem-solving

Perform LEED energy modeling, life-cycle cost analysis, and sustainable design evaluations

Represent SHP with clients, contractors, architects, and consultants

Prepare and oversee reports, specifications, and final engineering deliverables

Establish project budgets, schedules, and staffing plans; ensure projects meet goals

Supervise and mentor engineering staff; support development of team capabilities

Contribute to business development, proposals, and strategic planning
