New Grad, Entry LevelCumberland International Trucks, Inc. is seeking an energetic, customer service oriented Outside Parts Salesperson to join our growing team in Ocala, FL. The role involves fulfilling customer parts needs efficiently and accurately while developing business relationships and managing customer accounts.

Responsibilities
Responding to customer parts or information requests quickly
Develop business relationships with all customers
Develop game plan for prospecting a designated territory
Communicating internally with parts department and externally with customers
Monitoring the status of customer orders, advising in case of problems and notifying upon arrival
Assisting other Parts Department employees with above tasks as necessary
Organization and maintenance of the customer accounts, including pricing and application materials
Qualification
Required
Appreciation for teamwork & sincere desire to contribute as a team member
Excellent communication skills, including an awareness of others & effective listening ability
Customer appreciation, a desire to satisfy customers & the ability to instill customer confidence
A commitment to customer satisfaction by addressing potential issues proactively
Multi-tasking ability, especially in dealing with interruptions and quick acknowledgements
Preferred
College degree
Truck Parts Sales &/or Parts Counter experience
Mechanical aptitude or experience in automotive &/or truck mechanics
Parts department experience, particularly in a truck dealership or truck aftermarket environment
An ability to recognize opportunities for process & operational improvement
