Responsibilities
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify unmet clinical needs and define product strategies that align with Ceribell’s vision and business objectives
Translate clinical needs into product and algorithm requirements
Serve as the Voice of Customer (VOC) by building and maintaining strong relationships with neurology KOLs and other stakeholders
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Design, Engineering, Clinical, and Regulatory to design and develop the algorithm products
Partner with commercial teams to define go-to-market strategies that align with Ceribell’s vision and business objectives, support product positioning and launch plans
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Neuroscience, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline
Proven technical or clinical background in EEG signal processing, biomedical signal processing, or algorithm development
Proven experience managing algorithm or software product development lifecycles
Ability to independently conduct product research, including literature review, physician interviews, and competitive landscape assessments
Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive market and product insights from complex data
Excellent executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to travel up to 25%
Preferred
Advanced degree (PhD or MD)
2+ years of product management or business analytics experience
