Responsibilities

Contacting charged off customers by telephone or mail to collect to negotiate balance in full or make

Updating collection files and completes all necessary paperwork

Negotiating payment plans protecting the Bank's interest and completes decision-making process

Locating customers via skip tracing and Lexis/Nexis

Recommending action regarding repossessions, bankruptcies, and/or foreclosures

Arranging for appropriate Bank and/or legal action based on account analysis as deemed by manager

Performs other duties as assigned
